Shipping policy
Most of our pieces can be made and shipped from the studio in 1-3 days; The days I am able to process orders and post/courier are Wednesday and Friday.
All our works will come protected in our custom made paper box, which will then be boxed up in a mailer box. Please re-use and recycle the box where possible!
Please note Girl with an Earring currently only ship within New Zealand and Australia only.
NEW ZEALAND
Items are sent by courier. Parcels are tracked, and require signature on delivery. Sorry, no weekend deliveries, and couriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Free shipping on orders over $150.

AUSTRALIA
Items are sent by tracked Economy. Customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.
By selecting these service options you are thereby agreeing to the terms of service of this option and any taxes duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST PARCEL
We hand deliver all parcel to the post office with the same address on your order. We cannot however be held responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied with your order
- delays / issues with the carrier
- parcels which are lost or stolen
- parcels which get delivered but go missing (presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps)
As we are not responsible for lost or stolen package, we cannot issue refunds for them. Please check with the carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes & natural disasters).
